Mr. Wieh holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in International Relations from the University of Liberia, and a Bachelor (BBA), Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia. He obtained Certificates in Responsible Leadership and Ethics, Principle Based Leadership, the Importance of Ethics, Work Planning and Reporting, Seminar on Concession Loan for African Countries, Customs & Excise, and Teacher Training.
Mr. Wieh has served in the following key positions in the Liberian Government:

Field Coordinator (special assignment) – Pension Payroll Verification Team and Senior Planning Officer, Civil Service Agency

Mr. Wieh is in charged of Fifth Committee (Administration and Budgetary) of the United Nations General Assembly.
