21 June 2011 – Gail Farngalo, Counsellor to the Permanent Mission of Liberia to the UN, provides highlights from the report of a UNICEF Executive Board delegation to Ghana.

Counsellor for Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Affairs, Ms. Farngalo joined the Permanent Mission in December, 2010, serving as the Third Committee Expert of the General Assembly, covering a myriad of issues relating to women, children and human rights.

Ms. Farngalo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the American University in Cairo, Egypt (1985), and a Masters of Public Administration Degree with concentration in Development Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts (1990).
